Most orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days Monday-Friday. Weather delays out of our control, could affect shipping and transit times. We'll continue to strive to get our amazing customers their orders as quickly as possible!!

For boutique customers in the Osyka, MS area, we do offer free local pickup. Read below for more instructions on how to select the right shipping for you!
Free Local Pickup - We offer free local pickup at our location in Osyka, MS. Enter code PICKUP at checkout, this will change to free shipping. Once your order is ready, you'll be notified via email. To arrange for pickup email oncloud9ms@gmail.com. *Customers who haven't picked up their order within 10 days will be sent an email reminder. If order isn't picked up 10 days after the reminder, the item(s) will be restocked or donated. Be sure to check your spam folder!
Ground- $7.95 Flat rate shipping with estimated delivery within 4-7 business days.
*Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather-related delays are beyond our control. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Pre-Order Items -These items will be shipped as soon as they arrive to our warehouse. If an order is placed with items that are both in-stock AND pre-order items, we will ship the items in stock out ASAP, then ship your pre-ordered item when it's received.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
